Transportation Policy

Orders received and approved before 9 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) are normally shipped the same day. Orders received after 9 a.m. are sent the next business day. The minimum shipping cost is $ 4.95, to

shipments in California. For orders outside of California the cost of shipping may vary.

 

Damaged Merchandise

The GMJ policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit (DOA). If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:

 

• All damaged shipments received through United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) must report with UPS or USPS, then must be denied and returned to GMJ for the processing of merchandise claims. All damages must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt. • All damaged shipments received through trucks and airlines must be received with all the damages clearly indicated in the bill of lading. Next, you must place a claim to the company within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Claims for damages are the responsibility of the consignee. The transport boxes, packaging and contents must be retained in the same condition as received. Notify GMJ as soon as possible.



DISCREPANCES:

Once the merchandise is received, you have three (3) business days to inform GMJ of any discrepancies, damages or problems. Please verify the shipment promptly.

 

Return shipments:

You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise to GMJ. Call us for your RA # and have the following information when you call: Name of the company / customer, invoice number and a description of the problem.

 

• We do not accept returns after 10 days of product delivery. A replacement rate of 20% will be charged on all products returned or rejected. Defective products can be returned for replacement only. Defective products MUST be in the original package with all original packaging materials. The authorization number must be on the shipping label. All returns must be sent postage prepaid. Products received for collection or without such number or not approved for their return will be rejected. The return authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any product returned after the expiration date will be rejected.

Personal information: GMJ collects the information you provide us such as your email address or postal address. At GMJ we collect non-personal information, such as the type of browser, operating system and web pages visited to help manage our websites. We use cookies and other Internet technologies to manage our website and email programs. We do not use these technologies to collect or store personal information. We may obtain additional information about you, such as demographic information, from sources available in the market. We use personal information to provide you with information that you request, to provide you with an interactive and personalized experience, and to help us develop new products and services that meet your needs. We do not share your personal information with other companies unless we have requested and obtained your express consent. If you do not give your consent, we will not share your information. We use the personal information you provide only for purposes compatible with the reason you have provided. When we temporarily provide personal information to companies that perform services for us, such as for sending email, we require those companies to protect the information in the same way as GMJ. These service companies can not use your personal information for any other purpose that the reason you have already provided to GMJ. You have the right to have a copy of the personal information that you provide, and to correct or update your personal information. You can give GMJ instructions. To delete you from our programs you have subscribed through the link to cancel the subscription in our email programs, or through the link provided. You may give GMJ instructions, to remove any prior consent that you have already provided to share your personal information with other companies. Important information, GMJ is committed to working with consumers to obtain a fair resolution of any complaints or concerns about privacy. GMJ complies with the country's data protection laws. We cooperate with the country's data protection authorities if they believe a privacy problem has arisen.
